CHARLOTTE, NC (June 21, 2022) – The Spectrum Companies today announced it has been selected to manage leasing for Carson & Tryon, by Crescent Communities and Nuveen Real Estate. Located at the bustling intersection of Tryon Street and Carson Boulevard, this mixed-use, 31-story development builds off the energy along the Carson corridor, compliments the success of Vantage South End and closes the gap between Charlotte’s thriving South End neighborhood and robust Uptown Central Business District.
Spectrum recently expanded its leasing team to capitalize on robust growth in third-party leasing opportunities in the Charlotte market, including South End, where 635,000-square-foot Vantage South End, developed by Spectrum and partner Invesco across the street from Carson & Tryon, is 90% leased.
