Crescent Communities Announces New Retail Tenant at NOVEL Edgehill
Nashville, TN (October 11, 2021) – Crescent Communities announced today that it has signed its first retail tenant at NOVEL Edgehill. BODYROK, a Pilates inspired group class, will occupy more than 1,800 square feet on the ground floor of the luxury apartment community. Expected to open in early 2022, this will be BODYROK’s first location in the South and their 16th location nationwide.

We are thrilled they’ve chosen Edgehill for their first location in the Southeast.”
BODYROK is a Pilates inspired, 40-minute, full body, strength training group class on the custom BODYROK reformer. The hybrid Pilates sequences include planks, lunges, squeezes, pikes, jumps to push the limits. The BODYROK experience is designed to create more energy and increase metabolism of its participants. Hours will be varied, but the fitness studio will be open seven days a week, offering classes starting as early as 6:00 am on weekdays.

Located just south of downtown, Nashville’s Edgehill neighborhood borders historic Music Row and The Gulch, the once-abandoned industrial area that has undergone an urban revitalization in recent years sparking new energy. In addition to amenities exclusive to NOVEL residents, NOVEL Edgehill offers 6,000 square feet of retail space. NOVEL Edgehill will feature a host of high-end community amenities such as a rooftop sky lounge and pool deck offering commanding views of the downtown Nashville skyline. The community is also pursuing National Green Building Standard (NGBS) certification. NOVEL Edgehill has begun leasing with great early interest.
