Crescent Communities Announces Sale of AXIAL 301 Manatee
BRADENTON, Florida – (Dec. 11, 2024) – Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities and industrial projects, today announced the sale of both buildings at AXIAL 301 Manatee, a state-of-the-art logistics facility in Bradenton, FL. Located on 21 acres along the high-traffic I-75/Highway 301 corridor 50 miles south of Tampa, the 295,000-square-foot development is part of Crescent’s growing industrial platform, AXIAL Industrial, which the developer debuted in 2022.
Building 100 at AXIAL 301 Manatee was sold to The Furniture Warehouse, a furniture retailer with six locations throughout Florida. The rear-load building encompasses 147,357 square feet and includes tilt-wall concrete construction, a 32’ clear height, 149 car parking spaces, and 14 trailer spaces. It also shares a truck court with Building 200. The Furniture Warehouse was represented by Shirley Smith with Avocat Group.
Building 200 was sold to Jarlin Cabinetry, a leading wholesaler and distributor of kitchen and bath cabinetry. The rear-load 147,248 square foot building features 2,600 square feet of office space, a 32’ clear height, 40 dock-high loading doors, 165 car parking spaces, and 14 trailer spaces. Jarlin Cabinetry was represented by JC Conte with Butters Realty & Management.
