Crescent Communities Begins Construction on AXIAL Midway 321

LINCOLNTON, North Carolina – (Feb. 21, 2024) Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use and industrial communities, announced today that construction has started on AXIAL Midway 321, the fourth project in the Charlotte region slated to open under the AXIAL brand.

Located conveniently off Highway 321 in the Lincoln County Industrial Park, AXIAL Midway 321 will offer one rear-load building totaling approximately 175,000 square feet, complete with 133 employee and 17 trailer parking spaces on a 25-acre lot. Its strategic location midway between I-85 and I-40 off Highway 321 will allow tenants efficient access to the Southeast’s major transportation corridors, including I-40, I-85, and the Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, currently ranked as the seventh-busiest airport in the world for air traffic.
