Crescent Communities Begins Construction on Build-to-Rent HARMON Jefferson Village
GREENSBORO, North Carolina (March 20, 2025): Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, today celebrated the groundbreaking of HARMON Jefferson Village, a 130-unit build-to-rent townhome community set to open in summer 2025.
Positioned on 16 acres just steps from the Jefferson Village and New Garden Shopping Centers, HARMON Jefferson Village will feature three- and four-bedroom townhomes ranging from 1,650 to 2,165 square feet. Flexible floor plans, including options for a loft space, a game room, and a main-floor primary suite, cater to a range of residents – from young families and young professionals working remotely to older adults looking to downsize.
