Crescent Communities Begins Construction on Build-to-Rent HARMON West Meade
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 11, 2024): Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized, market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities, yesterday celebrated the official groundbreaking of HARMON West Meade, a 173-unit, build-to-rent townhome community set to open summer 2025 within Nashville’s thriving West Meade neighborhood.
Located conveniently off I-40 and Old Hickory Boulevard, HARMON West Meade will offer residents a premium rental experience alongside the benefits of single family-living – including privacy, extra living space, and a sense of community pride – without the unexpected maintenance, long-term commitment, and added costs inherent to homeownership. Incorporating a “village” feel with amenities typically not found in build-to-rent communities, HARMON West Meade features an oversized resident clubhouse, pool, and an abundance of dedicated green spaces, amongst a mix of three- and four-bedroom townhomes with private garages, front porches, smart home technology, and granite countertops.

Crescent Communities Construction will be overseeing construction, with RAWSO Constructors performing the site work and Integrity Community Builders, a Weekley Homes LLC company, performing the vertical construction.
