Crescent Communities Expands AXIAL Industrial Portfolio with New Project in Richmond Region, AXIAL Rockville 64

RICHMOND, Virginia – (Jan. 23, 2025) Crescent Communities, a nationally recognized market-leading real estate investor, developer, and operator of mixed-use communities and industrial projects, today announced the land closing of AXIAL Rockville 64, located on 29 acres less than two miles from I-64 and Route 288 in the desirable Route 623 corridor of Goochland County, Va. Atapco Properties will serve as the development’s partner. 

AXIAL Rockville 64 will contain two buildings totaling 335,000 square feet. Each building offers 32-foot clear heights, 40 dock-high loading doors, 52 outdoor trailer spots (12 feet wide and 55 feet deep), an ESFR fire sprinkler system, and ample parking for future tenants. The development includes the flexibility to accommodate one or multiple tenants and a wide range of uses such as last mile logistics, distribution, light manufacturing, and assembly. AXIAL Rockville 64 is expected to deliver in late 2025.
