NOW OPEN: LTH Coffee & Social at NOVEL Midtown Atlanta
Atlanta, GA (October 6, 2022) – Crescent Communities is pleased to announce that Land of a Thousand Hills Coffee & Social is now open at NOVEL Midtown Atlanta. Located at 1140 Spring Street on the ground floor of the new luxury residential community, LTH Coffee & Social is open daily for coffee and light bites from 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. ET with plans to expand hours and offerings later this year, when it will serve craft beers and wine into the evenings. Grand opening festivities will take place throughout the week of October 3, including a latte art competition on Thursday, October 6 and the ceremonial ribbon cutting on Saturday, October 8 with raffle prizes, live music, food, drink, and performances.

This opening marks Land of a Thousand Hills’ seventh location in the Atlanta market. The locally-owned coffee shop and café features space for residents and visitors to work, meet, enjoy food and beverage offerings, and make connections. Alongside the artisanal coffee curated with beans sourced from the brand’s direct network of Rwandan coffee farmers, which are also available for retail, the café also offers a wide selection of blended, espresso, and tea drinks, as well as pastries and desserts.

Located in the heart of Atlanta, at the southwest corner of 14th Street and Spring Street, NOVEL Midtown Atlanta is directly across the street from Whole Foods’ flagship Midtown store, just a few blocks from the Arts Center MARTA Station, and within walking distance to Piedmont Park and the Atlanta Botanical Garden.
