Officially Open: NOVEL Harpeth Heights by Crescent Communities
NASHVILLE, TN (July 5, 2023) – Crescent Communities celebrated the official grand opening of their most recent multifamily community in Nashville’s Bellevue neighborhood, NOVEL Harpeth Heights, on Thursday, June 22. Constructed in partnership with Pearl Street Partners, the community features 322 residences and is located at 615 Old Hickory Boulevard, just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. Approaching 30% leased, the Grand Opening celebrated the awe-inspiring natural setting that feeds the community’s vision and the “Tennessee Heritage” spirit that guided the community’s design. With locally procured food, libations from neighborhood favorites Belle Meade Bourbon and TailGate Brewery, and live music on the front porch and rear pool patio, NOVEL Harpeth Height’s personality was on full display.

Inspired by the rejuvenating power of nature and the rich history and architecture of Middle Tennessee, the design of NOVEL Harpeth Heights revolves around the concept of "Tennessee Heritage" with programming meant to inspire and strengthen the connection with nature. The main clubhouse, surrounded by herb gardens, fruit tree orchards, and beehives, embodies the charm of a country farmhouse with a front porch and rear screened patio, furthering the parallels. Just across the pool and next to the fruit orchard stands the Carriage House, where the community’s spa and fitness center are featured. The community is comprised of four residential buildings, each equipped with elevators and conditioned corridors that offer a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences.

Residents have access to an abundance of amenities, including a library, business center with micro-offices and multimedia conference room, demonstration kitchen with bar and dining lounge in the clubhouse, resort-style pool, lap pool, game room, patio with fire pit, gas grills, swinging chairs, and a standalone fitness center and spa with cardio, weight, massage, and cool down rooms. Additionally, there is a gear lounge with equipment to maintain mountain bikes and wash down outdoor gear, as well as a dog spa and dog park segmented for small and large breeds.
NOVEL Harpeth Heights further distinguishes itself through onsite programming, partnering with local chefs to offer culinary experiences out of its demonstration kitchen and spacious dining room, while also encouraging residents to flex their own culinary skills on the communal pizza oven and Big Green Egg located in the community’s large outdoor kitchen.
Design partners include architecture firms HEDK Architects and 906 Studio Architects, interior designers SJL Design Group and 505 Design, landscape architect EDGE, and civil engineer Barge Civil Associates. The general contractor for NOVEL Harpeth Heights is McShane Construction.
